A message from the CEO
Every day, my team and I witness the power of your support.
Your generosity changes so much for people facing blood cancer, giving them understanding, guidance, and hope.
New digital support service
Thanks to you, blood cancer patients and their loved ones have an innovative new support service at their fingertips.
The Leukaemia Foundation’s online blood cancer support service is the only platform of its kind in Australia dedicated to improving the wellbeing of people with cancer.
Hear from blood cancer survivor Christie Yu, who has been using the new service to help navigate survivorship.
A new baby and blood cancer
New parents Giles and Jacqui faced an unimaginable situation.
After years of failed IVF, they were over the moon with the birth of their baby daughter, Maddie, on New Year’s Day. But just one week after Maddie’s birth, Giles received some shocking news – he had blood cancer.
During such a challenging time, your support was there for them at every step.
Making research history
Your generosity is powering one of the most significant investments in blood cancer research we’ve ever made.
With your generous support, we’re launching our prestigious Breakthrough Fellowship program to urgently propel forward the next generation of Australia’s brightest researchers and clinicians.
Meet the inaugural and talented recipients, Dr Ashley Ng and Dr Ashwin Unnikrishnan.
Three decades of support
When Bill Ridge saw how the Leukaemia Foundation was there for his best friend Peter, he knew he wanted to make a difference.
This is an inspiring story about caring for others, a gift of stem cells, and an incredible thirty-year commitment to our blood cancer community.
World’s Greatest Shave
Have you ever thought about supporting families facing blood cancer in an empowering and unforgettable way?
